Is the agency exclusively for Canadian workers/employers?
At this stage yes, we will be expanding our services according to the market, hopefully in a near future

Is it an absolute requirement for workers to be self-employed in order to enroll with the agency?
Yes, this prerequisite is what enables us to offer the most competitive rates in the market. While we aim to expand to enroll both agency workers and self-employed individuals in the future, currently, only self-employed individuals are eligible for enrollment.

What if the worker’s performances doesn’t meet my expectation?
We ensure that any discrepancies in worker behavior are addressed and compensated for. Our commitment to satisfaction means that we will make appropriate arrangements to resolve any miscommunication on our part.

Why references, showroom and perks are so important to fill in the profile section?
Ontools agency’s reputation is based on it’s tremendous service toward the Canadian construction industry. Therefore, we must study every applicant. A good photo of yourself and some achievements of yours following with good references and high perks will go a long way to validate candidates. That is our only way to send the right talents at the right places.

How does it work if I have a team and looking for job?
Fill out a worker application, you will then have a section where you will describe your team.
